The national Qari and Qariah who participated in the recent 65th International Al-Qur'an Recitation and Memorisation Assembly in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia returned home on 10th August afternoon.

Present to welcome them at the Brunei International Airport was Awang Haji Mohammad Rosli bin Haji Ibrahim, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. In the competition, Awang Ahmad Zulwaqar bin Haji Suhaili and Dayang Amal Nazirah binti Haji Asmat won fifth place respectively.
